Subscription & Billing Help
- 1.Plans: 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months via Apple In-App Purchase.
- 2.Cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FitGuard Pro → Cancel.
- 3.Refunds: Request through Apple—Report a Problem in your subscription settings.
- 4.Restore: Open app → Profile → Restore Purchases.
Account Management
Delete account
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email support@fit-guard.fitness.
Data export
Email support@fit-guard.fitness with subject "Data Export Request" for a copy of your data.
Sign-in methods
Apple, Google, or Email. Use the same method each time.
Technical Issues
We use Supabase, Firebase, Amplitude, and Sentry to deliver and improve FitGuard Pro. If you experience crashes or bugs, we automatically receive reports. For faster help, email support@fit-guard.fitness with your device model and iOS version.
