By downloading, installing, or using the FitGuard Pro application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

FitGuard Pro is developed and operated by an individual developer based in Europe ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of the App

FitGuard Pro is a fitness application designed for tracking workouts, body measurements, and progress history. The App provides:

• Workout tracking and custom routine creation
• Body measurement analytics and history
• Professionally created workout programs
• Statistics and advanced performance history (PRO)

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 8 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or other supported authentication methods. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Free and PRO Features

FitGuard Pro offers a free tier with access to core functionality, including:

• Measurement analytics (last 1 month)
• Up to 4 workout routines
• 3 free professionally created workout programs
• Basic stats and history
• Ability to create your own workouts

PRO subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited measurement analytics history
• Unlimited workout routines
• Full access to all professionally created workout programs
• Advanced statistics and performance history

6. Subscription and Payment

PRO subscription is billed through the Apple App Store. Payment terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable policies. We do not store or process your payment information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App to harass others, distribute harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts, or otherwise misuse the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that your use violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting any new exercise or diet program. We are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
